TERMS & CONDITIONS

HIRING THE WHOLE YARD

To hire the secure dog walking facilities, Dog Owners must agree to the following. The Whole Yard at Wholehouse Farm (we) will not be held responsible for any client or pet during the hire of our field(s). We will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, damage or accidents sustained to personal property, individuals or animals whilst using the field(s) or on the property. All users of The Whole Yard, hire and park at their own risk. If you bring an unregistered user (family member, friends) into The Whole Yard during your session, you are fully responsible for them. 

DOG’S HEALTH & HANDLING

All dogs using The Whole Yard must be fully up-to-date with their vaccinations and wormers.If your dog(s), or any other pets it lives with are showing any ill health (coughing, diarrohoea, sickness etc) you must cancel and rearrange your session. We will not be held responsible for your dog(s) escaping from our field(s). During field hire the owners is to be held responsible for their dog(s) at all times.Prong collars, electronic devices and choke chains are not allowed. Do not enter the field until the previous customer has securely exited and returned to their vehicle with their dog(s).When dogs are not in the secure area they must be kept on lead at all times.Please note dogs using the natural obstacles are at their own and their handler’s own risk.

TIMINGS

Each Slot at The Whole Yard is 60 minutes on the hour. 55 minutes play within the Pen, 5 minutes to vacate. Please exit promptly to avoid an overlap. Anyone remaining in the field over their allocated time will need to pay for the extra slot. Remain in your vehicle until the previous customer and their dog(s) are safely back in their vehicle. If you arrive late, the booking cannot be extended. Clocks within the holding pens and larger areas are accurate.

ACCESS

You must keep your dog(s) on a lead until you have entered the secure holding pen. A gate pin code to access the field(s) will be emailed 24 hours before your visit. It is the users responsibility to ensure the gate is locked (with the deadbolt) from the inside whilst in the field.

DOG POOP AND RUBBISH 

It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog. Please place dog poo bags in the bins provided (plenty around both fields). If you do see dog mess in the field please pick it up, as someone may pick up your missed dog poo one day! Please take all rubbish home with you, do not put it in the dog poo bins.

THE FIELDS

We inspect the field and fencing daily to maintain security and cleanliness. Please do notify us at The Whole Yard if you have any concerns on 07779 588641. Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), fence height, proximity to farm animals etc. During poorer weather the field may be muddy and appropriate footwear is advised. Children are very welcome on the field(s). We want every member of your family to enjoy The Whole Yard. We ask that children be supervised by an adult at all times. Please note dogs, children and adults using the natural obstacles, den building, giants chair and play equipment are at their own risk. The Disco balls installed are definitely made for dancing under!

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING 

Payment is made at the time of booking. Vouchers purchased can be redeemed online. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your session, unfortunately cannot be refunded.

COVID 19

Please adhere to the current government guidelines.  Use your own hand sanitiser before and after touching the gates please.

DATA

We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not shared to any other parties. You will find out privacy policy here.

PARKING

We recommend 3 cars maximum per field per session. Please note there are separate carparks for each field, close to the respected holding pen with ample turning when guests park in designated parking bays. Please do not park on the road due to safety. The field is located on a working farm so please be aware of farm traffic. All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. We accept no responsibility for damage, accidents or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.

GENERAL

In case of an emergency, please contact Huw and Kayleigh at The Whole Yard on 07779 588641. If a user has over run we can be contacted on 07779 588641 and we shall call the person. Please do not approach them to their dog(s). Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner. Each field for an hour session is £12 for up to 6 large dogs or up to 8 smaller dogs, unless prior agreement has been arranged. Open 7 days a week. Field times will alter between seasons but customers will be clearly updated. Bring a flashlight for darker visits.

Please note: There is currently no clean drinking water at either field. Bowls available in both pens for you to bring along bottled water. We reserve the right to close the field at short notice due to weather, safety any other unforeseen reasons at any time. Customers affected will be informed immediately and bookings rearranged.Customers agree to keep us at The Whole Yard updated with any chance in circumstance or contact details when activity using the field(s). We endeavour to keep users updated in any change in conditions listed. We agree to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the customer expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against The Whole Yard or Wholehouse Farm.
